Has anyone had any difficulties upgrading from 4.0D to 5.1?
We did the 4.0D->G ok, now this won't work:

We can boot of the CD fine, and do a fresh install, tried another CD in case
there was a problem with the disk. The drive upgraded from 4.0D - 0G ok. We
have installed the patch kit:
# ls /usr/local/patches
