Unfortunatly, 3.2c can't set the date past 1999.
What did work, however, was using ntp to get/set from a free server.
Also suggested, (didn't try it but it should work):
Try
1) Set date to Dec31 1999, 23:59
2) Wait for 2 min to allow system to switch to 1Jan 2000
3) Set the date to Dec31 [Do Not set the year]
4) Wait for 2 min to allow system to switch to 1Jan 2001
Thanks again
George

Subject: Can date be set from firmware? (can't set it to 2001 b/c of y2k a
nd 3.2c)
I need to set the date to 2001. Any way to do this in 3.2c
I now know what the y2k issue with date and DU 3.2c is.
The time/date work great, if they were set prior to 2000.
HELP.
