opinions on TruCluster 5.1

I have three 4100s currently running 4.0D. We have memory channel
adapters and that strange little memory channel box. TruCluster 1.5
is installed but we don't use it. The machines run Oracle
and Baan. I want to upgrade the system to Tru64 5.1. To go to
TruCluster 5.1 it is highly recommended to blow the systems away and
do a full install. I can get Oracle and Baan back via backup tapes.

Is it worth it to go to TruCluster 5.1? How well does it work? I'm
an old VMS cluster guy so I have a good idea of the power and
flexibility that good clustering can bring. how does TruCluster 5.1
rate in comparison?

Another little point, my backups are via vdump. Will there be any
problem reading a 4.0D vdump tape on 5.1?
