SUMMARY 2: Tru64 5.x IDE support

As a second followup, I now have Tru64 v5.1 running on a PC164LX system
with IDE drive, and it works surprisingly well. It's possible that
interactive performance may suffer when under load compared to a SCSI
system, but it certainly can either run code or work as a desktop
system perfectly well. Using DE500-XA ethernet card, and have tested
both ELSA and 4D40T video cards (both work).
