java on tru64 alpha

Hi,

I have been to the http://www.compaq.com/java/download/index.html page
and was wondering: Does the sdk included the fast virtual machine and the
runtime environment? Or do I have to download all three packages? This
is under the 1.2.2. Under the 1.3.0, is the plug-in included in the sdk
or one of the others? In other words, what do I have to download in order
to get the development (I assume this requires the sdk) and running
environment so I can use this with tomcat/apache?
