Got it! Special thanks to

Jay Leafey who pointed me to the ftp.digital... location of the a tar file.

Marie-Claude VIALATTE who sent me a copy of the diskette.

Both also pointed out that there is an easier way to talk to the
printers by tweaking the printcap file.
