The solution was to REBOOT the system (advfs fault ?):

'df -i' told me that 'Ifree' was 0 and '%Iused' was 100% for / and /var
filesystems, so I rebooted (advfs check) ...

Now 'df -i' is OK and 'setld -l' works fine:

# df -i / /var
Filesystem ... Iused Ifree %Iused ...
root_domain#root ... 2890 524612 1% ...
var_domain#var ... 65651 453194587 0% ...
