Changing size of disk volume on Tru64 clusters.

Hello Tru64 world!
 
We were were working with a *clustering solution* from another vendor. We
needed to expand the size of a logical volume for a *clustered service*. We
were wondering if on DEC's / Compaq's clustering solution if the disk volume
needed to be off line before the size of the volume is changed, or if Tru64
can handle this task while the volume was on line.
 
Any one know? Is there a difference between 4.x and 5.x on this?
