Apparantly, I missed the Tom Leitner's summary on just this exact
thing. Which was: Thanks to the many people who also pointed me
to this. Until I get sshopen to compile, I'm sure it will help.

Thanks

Subject: /dev/random creation (ssh)
I'm looking at setting up an ssh server on our 2100 (3.2c) to accept ssh
logins.
The one application I was looking at requires /dev/random. Is there a
program
which will function as a /dev/random?
Yes, I know, 3.2c is old. But until we decide how we are going to upgrade
(meaning
whether we will turn in our 2100 for something bigger and newer vs upgrading
the O/S)
we are stuck with it.
