Followup question: CLC on Tru64 5.x

There was just now a question/summary about CLC on Tru64 5.x, and the
fact that it's now built in to the OS.

My question: with CLC in 4.0F, there was a utility provided called
mcutil, to control media changers (third party as well as DEC/Compaq).
Is there a replacement for this in 5.x? Or some other way of
controlling tape robots etc outside of some monster package like
legato?
