Permisson Denied in "rsh [remoteserver] ls -al "

Hello Guys!
I alredy set /etc/hosts at both servers to:
10.0.0.1 ES40
10.0.0.2 AS8200
At the ES40 root´s $HOME, I already set .rhosts to:
AS8200
At the AS8200 root´s $HOME, I already set .rhosts to:
AS8200
At the ES40´s /etc/hosts.equiv, I already set:
AS800 root
At the AS8200 's /etc/hosts.equiv, I already set:
ES40 root

And after trying to apply from both roots : "rsh ES40ls -a"
I´m receiving a "Permission Denied" error:

What am I Missing?

I have Tru64UNIX 5.0 + PK3
