Hi,

Thanks to alan, Thomas binn, Alan davis and Udo for saying that I am on the
right track.
I configured the file /etc/binlogd.conf so as to capture all the events of
all the priorities.
This configuration reports all the SCSI device errors, including disks,
tapes, HSZ raid events and adapter errors. .

Later invoke sysman with ‘view Events’ option and this will monitor all the
events such as path failures.

Cheers,

vsp
