Thanks to all who answered.
We found the solution with Compaq Help.
it appears that wwidmgr seems to be bugged and don't free memory correctly.
So the solution is "not to use" it and only do a "init + boot" and let UNIX
do the work.
Fortunately my system disk was not on the SAN (if it was, it couldn't be
accessed)
So I created a new kernel from genvmunix and everything work fine.
If you want to use wwidmgr, don't forget to do an "init" after.
If your system disk is on the SAN.. so the problem is still open.
