Hi,
Still haven't nailed down Tru64 perfectly.
(Running v.4.0g, on Alpha4100, advfs, no LSM)
I did loose a raidset on an ESA10000. Replaced
disks(3), rebuild the raidset(DVGRPR2) with same name
and rebuild unit with same name (D101). From ESA point
of view, it looks exactly the same as before. I
thought that was all, system will view it as same old
container, just mount it now. But am getting:
atmos_dmn#fset2 on /atmos: Device does not contain a
valid ADVFS file system
and I have:
/etc/fdmns/atmos_dmn$ ll
total 0
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root system 10 Feb 21 2000
rzb9c_at_ -> /dev/rzb9c
Do I need to start from scratch like the FS has never
been there before, or is there an easy way out?
(Now I really need that Matthew Cheek's book on Sys
Adm!!!)
_Thanks in advance.
