Hello all,

Looks like I didn't read the man page thoroughly. The problem can be fixed
in 2 ways

 - add a line 'mx=0:\' to the /etc/printcap file
 - use lpr -s

Thanks go out to Jeff Payne, Esa Hiltula, Kai Grunau, Uwe Lienig and M
selcukkaraca for their quick responses.
