Hardware ?

when doing a "hwmgr -v dev" you receive output that tells you the name of
all the disk drives found from a scan scsi. This much I have figured....is
there a way to change the name of a disk so that instead of ex:
/dev/disk/dsk2c you could rename it to /dev/disk/dsk101c? I am running a
cluster system of es40's on 5.1 and for visual/preference purposes would
like to specify a devices name....
