Which version of Tru64 to use?

Tru64ers,

I have a DPW 433au running 4.0d. I want to update the box to a newer version
of Tru64. I have the CDs for 5.0. Would 5.0 be a good bet, or should I
purchase 5.0A or 5.1? My needs are really to just have a stable, secure
environment, and to get a newer sendmail rev.
