Half and Full Duplex, AlphaServer 4100

Hi Guys!
My AlphaServer 4100' network card (4.0D+PK8) is set to
"100 mbits Full Duplex" when I query by "uerf".
But a Cisco Systems Software is detecting my Alpha
Server software working at "100 mbits Half Duplex".

How could I be sure my AlphaServer is really working
at "100 mbits Full Duplex" network card speed?
