My question :

I have installed the memory and cpu yesterday and there is nothing to do except the lmfsetup to add the licence.

Usefull command to verify the installation:

at the console type :
 show cpu_enabled

if it returned to you f or ff or 3, you are OK, f or ff means that all CPU's
detected are enabled.

After booting :

psrinfo -v


There are however some things to keep in mind:
    firmware level of your CPU's should be equal
    swapspace
