System Performance

We have various Alpha servers ranging from a Digital 1200 through a Compaq DS20, an ES40 and a GS60. All use Tru64 4.0F. We have a pot of money available in next years budget to upgrade some or all of the servers, but I don't know how to figure out which machines need which upgrades. I know that certain applications are disk dependant, and others are memory dependant, but I need to quantify figures. What I need is a way to measure performance of the major potential bottlenecks, namely CPU, Memory, Disk I/O and network thru-put. If anyone has some useful commands / scripts that I can use to monitor each I'd be most grateful.
