Setting up the display to my local machine.

Hi Managers,

       I have a problem in setting up the display to my local machine.
The shell is c-shell.

I used
# setenv DISPLAY <IP address of my machine where I want the display>:0.0

Even after executing this I am getting the same "cannot open display"
message.

Do I need to do some more modifications some where? Where am I going wrong?
