Moving users from one Tru64 system to another.....

We have a machine running Tru64 4.0 which we are migrating to a new system
running 5.1. We would like to move the users without having to have them
deal with changing their passwords and such. Currently both systems are set
to ENHANCED security. How can we accomplish this?
