Michelle Trull provided me with what I think was the best answer (for my
situation). Here is what she said:

I downloaded v4.0-65 and installed it without any problems. These most
recent versions include both the GUI and the non-GUI interface (the GUI
is apparently built in). It seems to be working fine for me.
