rz* to dsk* translation for 4.0g to 5.1 Upgrade

Hello,

Preparing for 4.0g to 5.1 upgrade. Decision was made NOT to perform an
upgrade installation but to perform a clean installation and manually
migrate all .config and data after recreating LSM and ADVFS volumns.

Question: How can I predetermine what the translation will look like on
the rz* to dsk* drives? This is critical for building my LSM stripe sets.
