Changing NIS domain name

I have a number of unix boxes which have NIS services running on them. We
have recently changed
our domain name. To change it within the Unix environment, do I simply
issue the:

 domainname "new domain name"

command on the master server, then do a /var/yp/make ?

Do I have to go to each server and issue the domainname "domain name"
command ??

Thank You

Darren
