Dec 3000/300 Disk Upgrade

Dear Managers,

We have a DEC 3000/300L machine running DU 4.0d. This machine has a
disk which became instable (it spins up with difficulties). I've a
very good opportunity to change it by a new one.
My question that SEAGATE ST-39216N /50 pin, 2MB, 7200 rpm/ is
compatable with this machine? Has anybody some experience in it?
