Netrain and FTP

We have set up a ES40 and some DS10's using netrain. When we ftp between the
ES40 and the DS10's we get very slow response, but if we ftp between DS10's
boxes it works as expected.

All the boxes are running 4.0F with the hardware upgrade patch for the
DE600's. The ES40 has netrain configured across two DE600's while the DS10's
are configured using the two internal tu0 devices. Has anyone had a problem
using the DE600's in netrain?

Also the boxes were set up using /etc/inet.local, but I noticed in rc.config
there were the following lines configured. Would this cause a problem?

NUM_NETCONFIG="2"
MAX_NETDEVS="24"
NETDEV_0="ee0"
NETDEV_1="ee2"
NETDEV_2=
NETDEV_3=
NETDEV_4=
NETDEV_5=
NETDEV_6=
NETDEV_7=
IFCONFIG_1="10.10.10.12 netmask 255.255.255.0"
IFCONFIG_2=""

Thanks for any help that can be provided.
