Broken disk

Hi,

I have a damaged disk (RZ2DC-KA) from which I would like to recover some
data. It contained an UFS file system.

disklabel -r produces "Disk is unlabeled" and I don't have a paper copy of
the disklabel.

fsck /dev/rrz1b gives :

BAD SUPER BLOCK: MAGIC NUMBER WRONG
ioctl (GCINFO): Invalid argument
/dev/rrz1b: can't read disk label

newfs -N /dev/rz1b gives these alternate super-blocks :

Warning: 3296 sector(s) in last cylinder unallocated
/dev/rrz1b: 262144 sectors in 79 cylinders of 20 tracks, 168 sectors
        128.0MB in 5 cyl groups (16 c/g, 26.25MB/g, 6336 i/g)
super-block backups (for fsck -b #) at:
 32, 53968, 107904, 161840, 215776,

Using them with the -b option in fsck also has no effect.

Is there any other utility or document that could help to recover data
from this disk ?

Best regards and thanks,
