The problem is resolved. First sorry for the mistake slot 9 channel 0 and slot 8
channel 1 form the first RAID 1 set and slot 10 channel 0 and slot 9 channel 1
the second one.

In fact, while looking at the JBOD configuration, the LUN was not correct. So
I've deleted the JBOD and created again. Now with hwgr,scu and dsfmgr, the
special file is there.
