how to make substitution in files

Managers:
     I am using version 4.0F and running the korn shell. Can you give me a
command that will
search all files in the current directory for a word and replace it with a
different word?
The word has a "_" in it. For example, I would like to search all files in
my current directory
for this word, "dst_prod" and replace it with "dst_test".
