Hi Group,
I am running sendmail-8.9.3 / 8.8.8. My sun boxes are performing fine. My dec boxes are timing out.
If I were to mail something to person.name_at_nextel.com for example (many other places .mil etc...)
but in this case out of my building I receive [ipaddress], stat=Deferred: Connection timed out with
mail.nextelwms.com. (many other places). I can mail on system or inhouse.
I have checked permissions of /usr/lib/sendmail = r-sr-xr-x, I also mv the startup script, added to crontab
00 * * * * /usr/sbin/sendmail -q.
Does anyone have another clue as to what is going on?
