Networker's index files

Hello Gurus,

FYI:
I'm having an issue with the index files growing so big for each of
networker clients. Is everybody having this same issue or is there a
fix to this. I would like to keep as many volumes w/data and tape
information as possible.

Q:
Does any have a solution to this without having to remove the volumes
and index cycles?
