Looking for Java-based terminal emulation software

We're searching for a decent java-based terminal emulator
to do VT220 or VT320 type emulation that runs in a web browser on
Win9x/WinNT and also supports SSL.

Any recommendations ??? Pitfalls to watchout for with this type of
software??
