Shared memory (Gaussian with Linda)

Hi
After ejecuting gaussian with Linda, trying to use two processor, I get the following error message
(The file to test is 02linda.com)

g98 02linda
shmget failed.: Invalid argument
forrtl: severe (174): SIGSEGV, segmentation fault occurred

[1] Exit 1 g98l 02linda

This has to do with the shared memory, do you now which setting we need to review in order to make it works?
