It looks there is no solution. Very sorry to hear that the operation works
on Linux but not
on Tru64. The question is whether tru64 can be used as a Desktop machine
or not? We are having
more than 25 tru64 WS using only as Desktop machines as well as number
crunchers. I asked here
regarding the usage of FrameMaker, StarOffice and now Netscape which all
runs on Linux. The
answer was NO. If we can use these SW on tru64 it will be nice.Can Compaq
help their users?
