v5.1 kernel memory panics

I have a system that is panic'ing about twice a day with
a "kernel memory panic". This is an AlphaServer 800
5/500
with 2GB of RAM, version 5.1 plus patch level 3
installed.

Here's the console output:

Anyone else see this with 5.1? As usual, please send
