Thanks to Alan for the response-

I didnt get too many responses on this one.

The question was:

> Will a HP Scanner (SCSI) work with Tru64unix?
> If so, what software would i use to scan?

The answer, as I found out after doing a bit of
research, is yes it will.

I have a DS20E workstation which I run Tru64unix 5.1.
The HP scanner (5p in this case) is recognized by the
console.

There is a software called Scanshop (by Vividata).
Unfortunately it costs $50.00 for personal use. But it
works very well once installed properly. There is a 30
day evaluation period. I will wait for 30 thirty days.
If I cannot find something free by then I'll buy this
one.

Thanks,
Ashok
