DR. Watson when running HSZ Storage Window on NT

Dear TruGurus,

 I just installed the SWCC 2.1 Client software on my NT4.0 PC. After I
select the Communication Type
of Network (TCP/IP), click OK and then enter the host name; I get a "Dr.
Watson" error shortly after I
click the "Detect Subsystems" button.

The Command Console connects just fine.
Any one ever had a similar Dr. Watson ?

My config:
Server/Agent - AlphaServer 1200 running 4.0F, 2.1 HS Agent installed,
configured.
Client - Windows NT4 SP6.
