Many thanks to Don Rye, Bill Boddy, Hannes Visagie, Alan Nabeth and Kevin

There were two basic responses...one being that, yes, DILX should do the job.
The other clump of suggestions was to delete all storagesets in the
existing configuration, then create a number of RAIDsets within the array
(of arbitrary size and configuration), and INITIALIZE them. As the DESTROY
switch is the default setting, this should effectively delete previous user
data and container metadata.
There was another lone suggestion, to set disks TRANSPORTABLE and then
present them to the host for use with tools such as zeero or FORMAT, which
would similarly allow all preexisting meta and user data to be overwritten.

Original query:
I'm in the process of returning some equipment to our supplier, and am
trying to assure that the disks are sent back in the same minty-fresh
condition we received them (i.e. containing no user data). For the local
SCSI disks I'm running the /usr/lbin/zeero command, but I'm wondering how
best to accomplish this on my HSG80 array? From glancing through the
utilities in the Maintenance and Service Guide, it looks like running the
DILX exerciser with Write enabled should pretty effectively scribble on the
drives...but A) will it completely overwrite the drives? and B) is the more
direct/effective method to wipe a disk clean from the HSG?
