Hello,
No satisfying Answer was found. Main Proplem ist that it is a Sys V
Bourne Shell on an DEC Unix 4.0 E which is old. There shouldnt be a command
history
on a File basis. But it was suggested that a Command History is maybe available
through RAM usage.
Anyway, if you want to be able to check what your users have been doing in the
past
dont use /bin/sh use the Korn Shell (/bin/ksh) and check that the HISTFILE is
kept in
a save place.
Thanks to Dr. Blinn
Samier.
