ASE Errors

Hello guys,

FYI:
Have 2 cluster members v1.6 runnning on Tru64 v4.0F.


Issue:
ASE logger is displaying the following message;

Jul 6 00:38:07 pshrprod1 ASE Agent Error: soft device error on
/dev/rz19c from pshrprod1

Q:
Has anybody seen this error message before?
Any Suggestions?
Any feedback?
