Thanks to Chris Adams, George Gallen, and Jim Fitzmaurice for responding.
It seems that the consensus seems to be the the date moving from 9 to 10
digits will have no effect.

        I don't know if this is off topic or not but, according to another
list I am on the value for time will go from 9 digits to 10 on Sun Sep 9
1:46:40 2001. Does anyone know if this will be a problem?
