Hi all,

AS per Dr. Blinn, Nick, Elin I raised the value
of per_proc_stack_size to what I think is a good value 10GB well
still it returns the same error .

The datasize is not big it is less than 1MB ...
Is there some way I can see how much of stack is being .
Or is there a DEC threads bug which. needs a fix .

%DECthreads bugcheck (version V3.18-042d), terminating execution.
% Reason: stkGet: proc stack hard limit too low for initialization
% Running on OSF1 V5.1(732) on Compaq AlphaServer GS160 6/731, 32768Mb;
16 CPUs, pid 29308

this is the output of my ulimit

root_at_guinea://>ulimit -a -S
time(seconds) unlimited
file(blocks) unlimited
data(kbytes) 524288
stack(kbytes) 10485760
memory(kbytes) 32910096
coredump(blocks) 1
nofiles(descriptors) 4096
vmemory(kbytes) 20971520

Thanks in advance
yogesh
