restore from a tar

I'm running 4.0f and am trying to restore a tar from tape.

/dev/rmt0h is the device name.
the command used to tar the data is 'tar cvbf 20 /dev/rmt1h'

How do i restore the contents of that tape to the /temp/restore_tape
directory. The options are many, and confusing. Help!
