ES40 Panic

Dear Tru64 Managers,

My ES40 (4 processors, 4 GB RAM, Disks on an HSZ80, V5.1, in a cluster
of one) panic-ed yesterday:

>From /var/adm/messages:

May 18 09:31:38 beta vmunix: panic (cpu 3): lock_terminate: lock held

It happened during a MySQL session on a RedHat 7.1 workstation, which
is NFS-mounting a big disk-volume from the ES40. The user was doing an
all-against-all comparison which had already filled up his local disk
(which is why he was using mine). However, I wouldn't expect this to
cause a panic, even if he filled the disk.

Can anyone suggest where I might look for the cause, or should I be
logging a call with Compaq?

Many thanks,

Andrew
