How do I check of my Oracle SGA is swapping too many pages of mem ory

I m running Oracle Parallel server. on DS20E DIGITAL UNIX V4.0F. I am new
administrator, so please can any one help me, how to check memory
consumption.

I use TOP command as root to check CPU consumption, and it gives a lot of
information.
