SUMMARY: ES40 Panic

Dear Tru64 managers,

Very many thanks to all who replied. I have learned a little bit more
about Tru64 management in the process, and I wish I'd had this sort of
resource available when I used to manage IRIX systems!

Paul Lambert suggested looking at the crash-log (I should have thought
of that!)

Joe Fletcher, wondered if this was related to a problem he had
with 4.0G [I don't think so]

Bard Tesaker (have I got the spelling right?) has had similar (but
worse sounding) problems on a DS10 - DS20 - HSZ22 cluster.

Knut Hellebo suggested that I check the Compaq patch site for
descriptions of problems fixed, and the Compaq support people told me
to apply patch kit 3.

I've now learned how to do rolling patches (on a single-node cluster!)
and apply patch-kits, and I think the problem is fixed.
