SUMMARY: xterm problems

Well I finally got it working again....made two changes and really dont know
which one fixed it.

1- Run dxdevices and change the unlock interval to 1
2- Put the following line in /etc/auth/system/devassign
    *:\
        :v_type-xdisplay:\
        :chkent:
