nfs performance

Hi,

I'm using DS20's connected to a SUN server. The DSs mount a filesystem
(4Gb with a lof of small files) as read-only.

It seems that we have very poor performance! Here is a output of a nfsstat
command. Any comments? How can I fine tune the NFS performance?

(All interfaces are 100/FD)
