OK..."silliest thing anyone has done this week award" goes to me!! I actually figured it out and then got two emails suggesting the same thing. Ayep...yesterday I moved one of the filesystems to much bigger disks (vdump/vrestore), and never changed the /etc/fstab file. So after the reboot, the old filesystem got mounted--and only a couple of things were changed since yesterday, so it was THAT obvious. I feel silly--oh well, no harm done.
